Delivery Policy
1. How many days will it take for me to receive my purchase?
Will depend on your country and your zip code. In general, approximately between 20 and 25 days. Could be faster and normally no more than 25 days.
2. If I buy more than one bag will I receive them all in the same box?
Yes. If your purchase includes two or more items, they will all be sent in the same box and you will receive a tracking code to monitor the box
3. Can I track my delivery after purchase?
Yes. Every purchase generates a tracking code that allows monitoring of your delivery.
4. How will I receive my purchase?
All items are carefully packaged and protected with bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy carton box that is properly sealed.
5. Is it possible to receive it packaged as a gift?
Our products leave directly from the factory to your address and a special gift packaging is not included.
6. What are the communication channels with GR BRAND for me to communicate if necessary?
We have an email dedicated to the Customer Service Center and also a WhatsApp.
All messages are answered without exception.
Since GR BRAND serves several countries on different continents, there may be interference in the WhatsApp response time due to the time zone in each country. Depending on the country and time zone, the message may not be responded to immediately, but we assure you that all messages received are responded as soon as possible, respecting the time differences of each continent and country.
7. Does GR BRAND sell and delivery worldwide?
GR BRAND sells to all countries except South America, India and South Korea.
